    Priorities & PP will vary more based on gender (men tend to have shorter hair, faster) and family structure. (someone with kids will have others hair to take care of)

  • Definitions

    Individuals who are highly invested in achieving healthy hair; regardless of time input. Will not compromise hair health for style.

    Use cases of a hair habits tracking app

    • Understanding the current state of their hair

    • Understanding proven results of what their hair needs / what to avoid

    • Seeking new products and routines to help them attain healthy hair, in a manner as specific to them as possible (most likely race)

    Priorities

    • Growing longer & thicker hair

    • Ingredients in products used

    • Minimising damage

    • Products not achieving desired results

    • Uncontrollable hair loss

    • Hair feel/definition

    Demographics to consider

    Will vary more based on age, ethnicity and potentially income (hair is healthier when younger) (type 4 hair’s more prone to breakage) (affording healthy products)
